Esther Yetunde Sodunke, born Esther Yetunde Somoye is an authentic, attentive, and ambitious individual.

Esther holds multiple degrees, including Secretarial Administration, a first-class in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour, an MBA with a focus on International Relations, a Master’s in Human Resource Development, and a postgraduate degree in Innovation management and Entrepreneurship.

Esther holds multiple degrees, including Secretarial Administration, a first-class in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour, an MBA with a focus on International Relations, a Master’s in Human Resource Development, and a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Esther obtained her undergraduate degrees in Secretarial Administration, Human Resources, and Organisational Behaviour from the Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria, and the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.

Her MBA is from Lagos State University, and she holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from the National College of Ireland. An alumnus of University College Dublin where she studied Postgraduate in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, and lately, University of Oxford – Intercultural Speaking, a study of different cultures and traditions and how these shape people’s behaviours and perspectives.

She is a certified Coach and Mentor from the Institute of Leadership and Management, United Kingdom. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Her commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence.

Purpose

Esther’s authentic passion for helping others, combined with her professional experience and personal values, shine through in her writing and speaks to her commitment to making a difference in people’s personal and professional lives.

She is a believer in the Good News, instilling a sense of hopes in the midst of hardships, and is actively involved in community engagements, including at her alma mater, where she serves as an honorary mentor and coach.
